Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps and services developed by AI Tutor - Study Partner (“AI Tutor - Study Partner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have the authority to bind yourself or any entity you represent to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products.

Your privacy and trust are very important to us. This document outlines the terms of use, data handling practices, and your rights while using our apps.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI Tutor - Study Partner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our apps on a single device you own or control.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our software.

  • Make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

  • Use our intellectual property for creating derivative products or for resale.

Your right to use the app will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with these Terms.

2. Updates and Changes

We may modify or update our apps or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We also reserve the right to discontinue any feature or the entire app at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

Personal Data

We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, address, or phone number.
If you contact us for support and share information voluntarily (e.g., email), it will be treated confidentially and used only for communication related to your support request. You may request deletion of such data at any time.

Non-Personal Data

We may collect limited non-personal information, such as device type, operating system, and app usage data, to improve performance and display relevant content or ads.

Advertising

Our apps may display ads using Google AdMob or similar providers.
Collected information (like device identifiers) may be used for ad personalization based on your preferences or jurisdiction.
European users are shown non-personalized ads after consent is obtained.

Cookies

We do not set cookies directly. However, third-party ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics or ad delivery.

4. Permissions

Our apps may request permissions (e.g., Internet, Camera, Accessibility Service, or Read Phone State) to provide specific features.
We never use these permissions to access personal or unrelated information.

5. Internet Access

Internet permission is required to:

  • Display advertisements

  • Download additional app content

  • Provide access to app-related links or updates

6. In-App Purchases

Some features or upgrades may require in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely through the app store (Apple or Google). We do not directly collect payment information.

7. Social Media

Our apps may include the ability to share content via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). We do not collect any data from your social media accounts.

8. Opting Out of Ads

If you wish to stop seeing personalized ads, you can:

  • Adjust your device’s ad tracking preferences, or

  • Purchase the ad-free version of the app (if available).

For EU users, only non-personalized ads are displayed by default.

9. Age Limitation

Our apps are not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.

10. Legal Use

You may not use our apps for any unlawful activity or in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if misuse is detected.

11. Data Sharing and Law Enforcement

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. This includes responding to lawful requests by authorities or preventing fraud and abuse.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by deleting the app.
We may terminate your access without notice if you violate any Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
